Can anyone tell me what would be a good company to purchase annuities for retirement?
I'm not familiar with annuities, so I would welcome any information that I possess. What should I do or I was going to contact about buying annuities.
If already have an investment account with someone, ask them first. Otherwise, go with a known large national (or international), insurance company. If you have insurance policy with the company, call and ask. They were willing to get your account. The term of income would be about the same. The reason for choosing the insurance company is that you can count on them to exist for a long time and it would provide better service than some small unknown companies.
