Fixed Annuity
How to calculate what actually yield an annuity?
Say you have $ 100,000 to invest, say that the annuity I would pay 5%. I suppose it was a fixed rate regime in this case. After the commission is out, how the figure on the bottom line I'm doing, so you can compare with other fixed-rate product? To calculate the tax, I just used the tax bracket that I hope will be this year and get a% of that and deduct that from the kind of performance I got from what I have to divide each year from what I invested?
You also need to calculate how many taxes if the product is not tax exempt. The final amount you receive per year divided by the amount that was spent on performance. Updated: The tax can be based on income tax or capital gains tax. You can get ordering information or read the prospectus.
